Occupational Health and Safety Policy
The management of JSIC OZK-INSURANCE AD is committed to ensuring healthy and safe working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses. This commitment is in line with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, applicable regulations and other statutory instruments, and applicable standards.
The management of JSIC OZK-INSURANCE AD has the following responsibilities to meet its commitments:

Maintaining a high standard of health and well-being for all employees during working hours;

Periodically reporting on the implementation of general and specific OHS objectives and updating them as necessary;

Maintaining processes to eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks;

Monitoring the occupational health and safety management system to ensure its effectiveness;

Strictly applying applicable laws, regulations, and standards at the national and international level on occupational health and safety, as well as other requirements of customers and organizations;

Maintaining a corporate culture that embraces the health and safety of staff as an integral part of the management philosophy;

Active exchange of information at all structural levels and with external stakeholders regarding health and safety at work. The responsibility for health and safety at work is clearly defined at all levels within the Company, and staff are familiar with the OHS Policy.

The necessary information, training, and control regarding OHS so that all employees perform their duties with the minimum risk of accidents that could harm their health;

OHS, which are achieved after consultation with staff and occupational health specialists, as well as through continuous improvement and refinement of the OHS management system;

Maintaining and improving the occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard BDS ISO 45001:2018.
The company recognizes that the health, safety, and good working conditions of its employees are an integral part of the success of its activities, and therefore ensuring healthy and safe working conditions is a priority in the management philosophy of the company's leadership.
The management of JSIC OZK-INSURANCE AD and each employee, in accordance with their responsibilities and competence, shall contribute to the implementation of the announced Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
